- Our secretariat will send you the invoice after checking your application. (We will forward it to your email which is registered when you apply for, within 7days after registration)

- Payment
- you are required to pay your entry fee within 7days after the Invoice date

- Be assigned the booth
- Our secretariat will assign you the booth after considering the exhibit items’ type, scale or order of application etc.

- Set up the booth
